Seven Animals Seven Chakras Essences Complete and Ready for You!

Last month, I completed the seventh essence in my Seven Animals Seven Chakras series of essences. It was on the 11th day of the 11th month of 2011, at 11:11am. A wonderful numerological event!

What made it really special was that it was exactly two years to the day (and time) that I had begun to make the essences. I started with the throat chakra essence (the dolphin essence) on 11/11/2009 (11) at 11am and it felt like a beautiful full circle moment to be ending with the third eye essence (the horse/unicorn essence) exactly two years later.

Making the essences has been a powerful, magical and transformative process. It’s taken me to another country (Tonga) to swim with the mighty humpback whales in order to make their essence, and to Bunbury in Western Australia to swim with the wild dolphins in order to make their essence. I’ve sat on the peak of the mighty Bunya Mountains in the middle of winter (twice, actually, once on the winter solstice) in freezing conditions and in my garden at dawn. The essences themselves have proven to be that magical combination of something gentle yet deeply powerful at the same time.

The beautiful heart chakra essence

I received this beautiful thank you letter from someone recently. She had bought my Heart Chakra Essence and wanted to share her experiences:

Hi Lucy,

I’ve been meaning to send you a wee message for a while now about the essence that I bought at the 7 animals course. It was most definitely the right one for me. I started taking it a few times every day for the first couple of weeks and now and again after that.

Firstly, it has seriously balanced my moods. I have suffered from depression on and off for as long as I remember, took tablets for it initially in my early 20s and then came off them. Since then my moods were usually really strongly either really low or euphoric. I have had neither since taking the essence. I have felt exceptionally balanced emotionally. Secondly, I have also not had any PMT! Amazing!!

The beautiful heart chakra essence

The beautiful love and healing energies of Valentine’s Day formed the perfect energetic gateway for the creation of the Heart Chakra Essence in the Seven Animals Seven Chakras set of animal healing essences. It has now been bottled and is ready for testing.

There is one final essence to make in the set of essences, the Third Eye Chakra essence. Then, that will complete two year’s worth of essence making research, travel and practice. Can’t wait to bring the whole set to the world!

Making essences on the mountain

I spent the most delightful day today making essences for the Seven Animals, Seven Chakras program on top of the Bunya Mountains. The Bunya Mountains are an isolated section of the Great Dividing Range, covering over 25,000 acres of national park, and hosting the world’s largest natural Bunya pine forest in the world. They are reported to have been visited by various groups of Australian Aborigines when they wanted to go somewhere for healing, or when they wanted a holiday! So, when Spirit told me to go to a mountain top to make my latest Seven Animals essence, the healing Bunya Mountains seemed the perfect setting.

I packed my car with my singing bowl, purified water, bottles with brandy, glass jug for pouring, my special soundtrack of the animal’s sound to play to the essence, and other paraphernalia and headed up the mountain. On the way, I passed many cattle farms, with land that had obviously (and sadly) been cleared long ago of the magical Bunya pines, over dirt roads and cattle grids, winding my way higher and higher until the landscape suddenly changed to the breathtaking stands of enormous Bunya pines and rainforest.

I indulged in a wonderful hot pot lunch, completed by roasted bunya nuts and plunger pot of Atherton Tableland coffee, then wrapped myself in many layers of clothes, a scarf and a beanie, and found myself a nook away from other people at the base of enormous, green lichen-ed trees. I spent an hour in deep and powerful meditation while more information was passed to me by Spirit for the first course of Seven Animals, Seven Chakras in July on the Gold Coast.

All in all, a wonderful day. I love my job :)
